  • Begin with our Initial Naturopathic Visit, where our naturopathic doctor will conduct a thorough assessment of your skin health concerns and overall health history. This detailed consultation allows us to identify the root causes of your skin issues and recommend a personalized treatment plan tailored to your unique needs, helping you achieve clear, healthy skin.

  • Many of our treatments may qualify for extended health coverage. We recommend contacting your provider to confirm the specifics of your plan. Treatments such as our comprehensive initial assessments, face & scalp massage, and facial acupuncture may be eligible for coverage.

  • Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To accommodate all clients, we kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Changes made within 24 hours are subject to the full appointment fee. For neuromodulator appointments, a missed appointment fee of $100 will apply.

  • Post-treatment experiences can vary depending on the service. Some treatments may result in mild redness or sensitivity, while others require little to no downtime. To ensure you receive the best possible care, we send out detailed intake forms to be filled out before your visit. During your appointment, we’ll also provide personalized aftercare instructions to ensure optimal results and a smooth recovery.
